Returns Policy

All products must be tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. If you're in any way unhappy with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed and in their original packaging, with all labels/hang tags intact. Certain products will be excluded from our general returns policy for reasons of hygiene - this will be indicated with the product information for these items on our website. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Period

Our returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be postmarked for return to us within this time. We’ll inform you as soon as we receive the goods returned, and will then process your request for either a refund or replacement. Please allow up to seven days from our receipt of your returned goods for this to be done.

If you request a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

Delivery charges are not refunded in the case of a return but if you request replacements for returned items (for example reasons of incorrect or ill-fitting size), you will not be charged for delivery a second time.

Please enclose copy/original Invoice or a note with the returned goods, ensuring that all the following information is included: Order number Your Name in full Your Address & Contact telephone number Your e-mail address The reason for the return Details of the refund or replacement required. If using the original outer packaging, please ensure that the original address label is covered up.

Return of Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event of there being a fault with your goods, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. Upon receipt of the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

If you request a refund, please note that this can only be issued to the card which was used to pay for the goods.
