Well, I’m pretty close to 70. I’ve always been thin but over the last few years I’ve developed some bulges that I’m not fond of. I was very excited when my package arrived and within minutes, I’d ripped it open and was struggling to get my new shape wear up one leg! I don’t read instructions! Lol. Once I’d managed to work out how to get it on, I wore it for the rest of the day and it was fantastic. I felt comfortable and supported. I popped a dress on that I’d bought but was a bit tight and to my great delight it slipped on over my shape wear just like in the ads! Love it, love it, love it! I’m saving for my next piece.

Ive just got to try my body suit on as ive been away
It was a little hard getting into then once on my very comfortable
I have washed it by hand in cold water & look forward to using it again

I havnt worn the product yet for the event, they seem really tight, but as the description states, you should wear them in.
I’m really pleased with the size and fit and that it’s so comfortable. I’ve had lots of shapewear over the years and plié is the most comfortable and my shape was great.
Fabulous item! Gives a lovely silhouette under clothing and actually feels comfortable. Good length as I am long in the torso and it has great stretch.

I wore under a one sleeve dress. It was simple to adjust to a single strap and the slip did not move all night. Comfortable and supportive with no bra. Highly recommend. I ordered the size per the website recommendation and it’s perfect.

I bought size M . I am 156cm and weigh 70kg. The Lift Body medium shorts are easy to get into and offer just the right amount of support. It gave me great shape and I would definitely recommend. The pee hole takes a bit of practice but after a few wears I have it worked out. I would definitely down size for greater support. Gives great lift and support.
Popped it in a lingerie bag and washed in normal wash cycle.
