Order Dispatch

PROCESSING orders during our Sale period may take longer than usual. Our team is working diligently to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

West Coast: 1–2 days
Mountain States: 2–3 days
Midwest: 3–4 days
East Coast & Southeast: 4–5 days

Shipping during our sale period may take longer than usual due to high amount of order that might result in the delayed processing times.

Orders less than $100 USD : Standard shipping for $4.90 USD.
For order above $100 USD : Free Standard Shipping

Shipment Delays

Please note that couriers might experience shipping delays for reasons that is beyond our knowledge as a seller.

If a delivery is rejected due to customer error and returned to us, we can arrange a redelivery. However please note that an additional shipping fee will apply, which must be covered by the customer.

In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, Pliē can assist to contact the courier to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. Pliē can not be held responsible for deliveries once they have left our warehouse.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it begins processing right away, so we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

  • If you’d like to purchase additional items, please place a new order.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be updated after checkout. Your order will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.

RETURNS

Return Policy

Items purchased during our Sale period are eligible only for store credit (valid for 3 years) or product exchange if in stock. First exchange is free for USA orders.

You have 30 days from your order dispatch date to initiate a return. Simply return the unworn, unwashed products (try-on is okay) in its original condition including packaging, within 30-days with all tags intact. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Start a Return

1. Visit our Return Portal to select the item(s) you'd like to return and provide a reason for each return.
[Note: Please select all items you want to return. Additional items not specified will not be processed]

2. Once you click “Submit Return,” you will receive a prepaid return label.

3. Prepare your item(s):
Ensure the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and have all tags still attached.
Place the item(s) in their original packaging.

4. Attach your prepaid shipping label:
Download and print the return label.
Tape it securely to the parcel, ensuring the barcode remains visible.

5. Send your return:
Drop off your parcel at nearest Post Office.

6. Confirmation:
Watch for an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund or store credit is processed.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange an item, please be aware that exchanges depend on online availability. If the item you're exchanging is not in stock when we process your request, you'll be given a store credit, based on whether the original item was purchased at full price or on sale.

The value of an item is based on the amount you paid as shown on your invoice. If you're exchanging for a different item, the value of the new item will be based on its current online price at the time of the exchange. We cannot honor discounts from previous sales or promotions.

  • We are unable to process exchanges for Pliē FREE gift

  • If a return for refund is processed against your order, resulting in the order value falling under the minimum purchase amount to qualify for the gift, you will be required to return the free gift alongside your return items for us to process your refund. Please return items unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact within 30 days.
